PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material which is carbonized to develop a color upon the absorption of the energy of a laser beam due to irradiation with the laser beam to enable sharp laser printing, prevents its alteration, forgery or the like of a printed image by preventing the printed image after printing from receiving an external influence, and does not spoil the reliability of a liver a consumer or the like, and a packaging bag using the material. SOLUTION: The laminated material comprises at least a substrate film and a coextruded multi-layer laminated resin film. At least one layer constituting the laminated resin film contains a resin as the main component of a vehicle and a color developing agent forming a color by irradiation with the laser beam. This layer is laminated on a heat-sealable multi-layer laminated resin film comprising a laser beam-irradiated color forming film layer by a resin composition containing the color developing agent, which forms a color by the irradiation with the laser beam, in an amount of 0.01-10.0 wt.%.
