PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a vehicle wherein uneven forming is applied to a baked coated metal decorative panel, to which a color pattern is applied, relatively inexpensively, and to provide a trim panel friendly to environment, its forming method and a plate-shaped structure using the panel. SOLUTION: This trim panel is obtained by forming a desired uneven shape to the surface of a panel material 3 to be processed, which is formed into the printed and baked coated metal decorative panel having surface hardness corresponding to a pencil hardness of H to 6H, by using a forming apparatus 10 which has a forming mechanism K comprising a rod-shaped cope pressing body 1 having a spherical leading end part 1a and operated in a three-dimensional direction and a fixed drag pressing body 2 and equipped with a holding part 4 for holding the peripheral edge part 3c of the panel material 3 to be processed to move up and down in connection with the forming mechanism K.
