PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a dial of a clocking device, by which a thick resin film can be formed on the surface of a dial by using a liquefied resin efficiently and to provide the dial of the clocking device and the clocking device equipped with the dial. SOLUTION: This method comprises a substrate forming step to form a plurality of substrates 23 by cutting a planar strip-like member 31 having a plurality of dials 29 on the surface according to the size of each of the dials 29, a liquefied resin coating step to coat the surface of the substrate 23 with the liquefied resin 4 by dripping the resin 4 on the surface of the substrate 23 almost in the center and spreading the dripped resin 4 by the centrifugal force while rotating the rear side-adsorbed substrate 23 and a resin film forming step to form the resin film 33 consisting of the cured resin 4 on the surface of the substrate 23.
