摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of properly integrally managing customer information of a plurality of entities from the point of saving the wasteful cost caused by redundantly retaining the customer information by the entities. <P>SOLUTION: In this customer information management system, whether the same customer information as new customer information of a second entity is registered or not is determined for a "commodity identifier". When it is determined in the first determination that the same customer information is registered, whether the new customer information is equal to the registered customer information or not is determined for "customer identifier" and "customer's contact address information".
