摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational position detector for a rotating machine where the accuracy in positional detection does not deteriorate due to the magnitude of a detected magnetic flux and the disturbance. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processing part 112 (not shown) calculates signals &utri;Hu-v, &utri;Hv-w, and &utri;Hw-u consisting of differences between two signals each using voltage signals (analog signals) corresponding each to the magnitude of detected magnetic flux Hu, Hv, and Hw corresponding to a U phase, a V phase, and a W phase. Then, the signal processing part 112 converts the calculated signal into a digital signal with a threshold as 0, and outputs the converted digital signal as the positional signals Pu*, Pv*, and Pw* of a rotor 2.
