PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition system by which information can be acquired safely and quickly.

SOLUTION: This information acquisition system is provided with a first acquisition means which acquires encrypted information; a second acquiring means which conducts authentication, is an acquisition means for acquiring decoding information to decode the enciphered information, and provides confidentiality higher than that of the first acquisition means; and a decoding means which decodes the enciphered information by the decoding information.
