PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system control system capable of properly opening an image of user itself to public as required and relieving a mental resistive sense of the user.

SOLUTION: The distribution system control system provided with: a plurality of user terminals each having an imaging means and a display means; and a server unit connected to a plurality of the user terminals via a communication channel, includes: a means for transmitting image information of each user acquired from an imaging means of each user terminal by each user to the server unit; a means whereby each user registers a display level of an image of each user displayed on the other user terminals to the server unit and stores registered image display level information in the server unit; a means for deciding image information of each user distributed to each user terminal according to the information of the image display level stored in the server unit; a means whereby the server unit distributes the image information whose distribution is decided to each user terminal; and a means for displaying the image information of each user distributed from the server unit to a display means of each user terminal.
