PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice coil motor of a magnetic disk which realizes a decrease in the resonance point of an actuator and the prevention of unevenness by reducing a gap between a flat type annular coil and a resin at a resin molding time, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the voice coil motor and the method for manufacturing the same, at the integrally molding time of a holding member by the resin, a first resin molding part 2 is first resin-molded by a first resin injection pressure on the inside of the flat type annular coil 1, and thereafter a second resin molding part 4 is resin-molded by a second resin injection pressure larger than the first resin injection pressure on the outside of the flat type annular coil 1, and thereby the gap between the flat type annular coil 1 and the first resin molding part 2 is reduced.
