PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk device in which linear expansion coefficients can be adjusted while using an optimum material respectively to a magnetic disk and a spindle hub, and deformation of a magnetic disk caused by the difference of thermal expansion can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This device is a magnetic disk device having a spacer which is inserted between magnetic disks when a plurality of magnetic disks are laminated. The structure in which spacers 3b, 3c in which the linear expansion coefficients are different from magnetic disks 1a, 1b are adhered is adopted in the lower face of the inner diameter part of the magnetic disk 1a and in the upper face of the inner diameter part of the magnetic disk 1b in the side of a disk clump 5, then, the spacers 3b, 3c having different linear expansion coefficient or the other member are adhered or welded to inner diameter parts of the magnetic disks 1a, 1b, and deformation of the magnetic disks 1a, 1b are suppressed by adjusting linear expansion coefficient to the spindle hub 2.
