PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of materializing data construction of enormous amount of individual data including character data and a data retrieval system easily and quickly searching the constructed data. SOLUTION: The individual data including the character data are set to image data, and same type and concept individual data are grouped together, compressed, registered with a file name and stored. This system is so constituted that, when being searched by a searcher, a part of the registered data is divided with a new file name from the grouped and registered file and lastly the file is divided into the individual data.
