PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drain exhaust pipes to be formed at the bottom of an air tank to cool effectively the air tank and other parts by a fan for cooling the compressor. SOLUTION: A housing 2a of an electric motor 2 which is integrated with the compressor 3 is mounted on a base 10, a coupling bar 13 is mounted on the housing 2a, a cooling plate 15 for a board is arranged parallel to an axial line of the electric motor 2, the air tank 4 is supported by the coupling bar 13 and the cooling plate 15 in such a way that a longitudinal axis of the air tank 4 is parallel to the axial line of the electric motor 2 and is made to be horizontally offset, the pipes for coupling parts such as a pressure reducing pressure control valve 5 or the like are mounted via the coupling bar 13 so as to be parallel to the axial line of the electric motor 2, and an upper portion of a cover 17 whose lower end edge engages with the base 10 is mounted by being sandwiched between the coupling bar 13 and a grip 14.
