PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony for sharing a fixture for fixing an attaching member to a building frame being a reference for installing an external facing material to a building frame and a fixture for fixing a bracket to the attaching member. SOLUTION: In this balcony, the bracket 2 is fixed to the attaching member 1 to the building frame; a body 3 is connected to the bracket 2; and a handrail part 4 is installed in the body 3. A nut member 35 is arranged in an attaching part 31 of the building frame 30; a bolt threadedly engaging with a nut member 25 by being inserted into a through-hole 24 of the attaching member 1 and a through-hole 2c of the bracket 2 is formed as the fixture 40; when installing the bracket 2 after fixing the attaching member 1 to the installing part 31 by the fixture 40, the fixture 40 is removed; and the bracket 2 is installed by threadedly engaging the fixture 40 with the nut member 35 by being inserted into the through-hole 2c of the bracket 2 and the through-hole 24 of the attaching member 1.
