PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the structure of the connecting section of a concrete floor slab and an anchor head section so that shear force can be absorbed particularly in a lightweight banking construction method in which an EPS block or the like is used as a lightweight banking material. SOLUTION: In the structure in which the front end section of an anchor 6 buried on the bearing ground side is fixed onto the anchor head section 51 formed on the concrete floor slab 5, the concrete floor slab 5 and the anchor head section 51 are connected through a connecting means so that both a rotation and a sliding in the vertical direction can be absorbed.
