CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR VEGETATION FOUNDATION LAYER AND VEGETATION FOUNDATION LAYER FORMING MATERIAL USED FOR THIS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a vegetation foundation layer for shortening time until a plant vegetated in the vegetation foundation layer firmly takes root in a face of slope, and a vegetation foundation layer forming material used for this construction method. SOLUTION: This vegetation foundation layer 10 is constructed via a process of laying a vegetation net 11 on the face of slope N, a process of filling sediment on the vegetation net 11 and a process of vegetating a lawn G of a root growing state on the vegetation net 11. The root of the lawn G quickly intrudes and entwines with a mesh 11b of the vegetation net 11. Thus, the constructed vegetation foundation layer 10 can shorten a period until the root entwines with the vegetation net 11 more than a conventional period for seeding and planting the face of a slope N by growing from a seed.
