PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing grid which prevents distortion in the oblique direction and improves strength of intersection parts and a method for changing the empty hole ratio of the reinforcing grid. SOLUTION: The reinforcing grid is embedded in concrete structure to reinforce it and has constitution that fibers bundles composed of a plurality of arranged fibers are mutually crossed to form a great number of intersection parts and made into a lattice form having lattice holes as a whole and the intersection parts are woven in plain weave by a plurality of the fiber bundles. The reinforcing grid is simply produced by weaving of the fiber bundles in the warp direction and the fiber bundles in the weft direction. Since the intersection parts have texture of plain weave, the reinforcing grid has high strength in the oblique direction and prevents distortion as the whole reinforcing grid.
