PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a plated steel sheet where the suppression of winding in hot dip zinc-55% aluminum alloy plating which has not been sufficient only by using an apparatus coated with a cermet alloy in a bath, and stable operation is made possible. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 in a bath is treated with an acid liquid before plating, and is used so as to be brought into contact with a scraper 13 in a plating bath 100. Further, the apparatus 10 is taken up from the plating bath 100, and is thereafter reused after treatment with 5 to 20% hydrochloric acid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
