PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which has an excellent function characteristic of 1,2-polybutadiene, excels in moldability and foamability, gives a molded product having excellent appearance without a flow mark, excels in flexibility, abrasion resistance, lightness, flexing resistance, and ozone resistance, particularly abrasion resistance, and is suited in use as a sole. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 5-100 pts.mass 1,2-polybutadiene (A), 95-0 pt.mass thermoplastic polymer (B) other than component (A) [component (A)+component (B)=100 pts.mass], and 0.1-10 pts.mass high-molecular-weight silicon compound (C).
