PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick candidate posters for voting in demarcated frames of a display stand body using a paste agent, an adhesive or double-faced tape, to peel off a transparent film layer after the displaying period to easily remove all the posters from the display stand body together with the transparent film layer, and to reuse the display stand body by only re-forming the peelable transparent film layer without damaging a base color layer and a display part, thereby enhancing economic performance. SOLUTION: The demarcated frames and a notifying part 3 such as headings or notes are displayed on the display stand body 1, the base color layer 2 is formed on the surface of the display stand body, the notifying part 3 is formed on the base color layer, and the peelable transparent film layer 4 is formed on the base color layer and notifying part.
