PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water heating apparatus stably supplying hot water of forward temperature to a low temperature terminal by controlling the forward hot water temperature at the low temperature terminal. SOLUTION: This hot water heating apparatus comprises a heat exchange part 4 heating hot water carried by a hot water circulation pump 6, a heat exchange part outlet thermister 5, a high temperature terminal side hot water forward flow passage 12 leading hot water heated by the heat exchange part to a high temperature terminal side, a hot water return flow passage 21 leading hot water passed through the high temperature and low temperature terminals, a low temperature terminal side hot water forward flow passage 16 mixing hot water from the hot water return flow passage and the high temperature hot water forward flow passage 8 with each other and leading it to a low temperature terminal side, a low temperature terminal forward hot water thermister 30 installed in the low temperature terminal side hot water forward flow passage, and a control means 27 controlling the burned amount of a burner 3 so that the low temperature terminal forward hot water temperature becomes a specified value based on the detection signal of the low temperature terminal forward hot water thermister.
