PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, an image processing program, a storage medium, and an image copying system capable of outputting a print result whereby characters or the like of a copy result cannot be legible in the case of copying the print result by a copying machine.

SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 11 includes: a document information acquisition means 112 for acquiring document information; and a minute independent dot image generating means 113 for generating an image related to the document information acquired by the document information acquisition means 112 by minute independent dots.
