<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-noise light signal using a simple digital procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The device is constituted such that it emits light beams to two apertures; generates a fundamental light signal 21 and a corrected light signal 22, respectively after the detection of the light beams; subtracts both the obtained light signals 21 and 22; and consequently generates a light signal for forming the low-noise light signal.
