摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle use support system capable of supporting the use of a vehicle by a user before a customer gets into the vehicle.

SOLUTION: The vehicle use support system 100 is provided with both boarding-place-installed device 110 installed in boarding place and vehicle-installed device 140 installed in vehicle. The boarding-place-installed apparatus 110 comprises a destination setting part 116b for setting a destination; an operation information storage part 115 for storing operation information on the vehicle; a vehicle specifying part 116c for specifying a vehicle on the basis of both the destination set at the destination setting part 116b and the operation information stored in the operation information storage part 115; and an antenna 111 and a communications part 112 for notifying the vehicle-installed device 140 of the vehicle specified by the vehicle specifying part 116c of a boarding palace. The boarding-place-installed device 140 comprises a display part 143 for giving notice of the boarding place made known by both the antenna 111 and the communications part 112.
