PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail art applying device which can precisely draw images of various kinds of contents on nails by using inks of various kinds of colors in a short time without making a user perform troublesome works, and also, stains the surroundings of the device comparatively less. SOLUTION: For this nail art applying device, a finger tip fixing means 5 which fixes a finger tip on which a nail art is applied, a stencil plate carrying mechanism 8 which carries a stencil plate 11, and an ink nozzle housing part 1 which drops an ink in a vicinity of the stencil surface to be used on the stencil plate 11 carried by the stencil carrying mechanism 8, are provided. Also, a squeegee 62 which applies the dropped ink on the stencil surface, a pad 61 which performs printing by re-transferring further the ink which is transferred after the applied ink being transferred onto the nail of the finger tip of a person to be treated, and a stencil surface washing unit 3 which washes the stencil plate 11 after being used, are provided.
