PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the situation that a circuit configuration realized by a reconfigurable circuit has many unused logical circuits and is not efficient. SOLUTION: A reconfigurable circuit 12 is provided with an ALU arrangement consisting of X longitudinal rows and Y lateral columns. The data of input variables and constants are input into ALU 11, ALU 12-ALU 1Y of a first column, and its arithmetic result is input into ALU 21, ALU 22-ALU 2Y of a second column via a connection 30 of the first column. The connection 30 of the first column realizes a specified connecting relation between the output of the ALU rows in the first column and the input of the ALU rows in the second column by setting. Further, the connection 30 of the first column is provided with a direct input connection for second column for directly inputting data into the ALU rows in the second column. Subsequently, the connections are formed in the same way until a connection 30 of an (X-1) column, and ALU rows of an X column being the final column output the final arithmetic result.
