PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lightweight and strengthened connecting joint capable of satisfying both advantages of a metallic box and a resin structure and increasing productivity and mass productivity and having a wide range of design discretion for a shape/a structure. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy pipe 8 immersion-treated with a hydrazine solution or the like is inserted into an injection molding die. The connecting joint 7 is formed by injecting PBT or PPS series resin 10 into a cavity of the die, injecting resin onto the surface of aluminum alloy, and extruding it or pressurizing it. Consequently, the PBT or PPS series resin 10 is integrated with an aluminum alloy pipe 8 by gluing each other. A structure such as a frame combined with a plurality of pipes is completed at once so that the connecting joint 7 formed by the PBT or PPS series resin 10 can be arranged to be a rib shape or a boss shape.
