PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information displaying means which can show the effect of a biological rhythm on a skin in an easy-to-understand way. SOLUTION: The information displaying means comprises a display part which schematically shows each of a plurality of biological rhythms having different periods, a display part which schematically shows each of a plurality of indexes for evaluating skin condition, and a display part which shows the effect of each of the biological rhythms on the skin condition observed by the indexes. The plurality of biological rhythms having different periods are four biological rhythms, which have a period of one day, a period of one month, a period of one year, and a period of one life.
