PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition which has high elastic modulus and heat resistance even if it has a high content of a vinyl acetate unit; and a film made from the same. SOLUTION: The ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition comprises 5-60 pts.wt. of a hydrocarbon wax relative to 100 pts.wt. of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, wherein the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer has a vinyl acetate unit at a content of 20-50 wt.% measured according to JIS K6924-1(version in 1997), and the hydrocarbon wax has a weight-average molecular weight of 400-1,500 (in terms of a linear polyethylene by gel permeation chromatography).
