PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber code having a curl part which is capable of expansion and contraction and is of small diameter spiral type, and whose glass optical fiber is not twisted when it is expanded. SOLUTION: This fiver code is an optical fiber code 11 whose optical fiber conductor 12 has tight structure or loose structure covered by resin cover 13. It has a reversing part 14 that is curled in a loose spiral shape in the longitudinal direction and its spiral direction is reversed with the prescribed interval.
