PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring a flat-belt dimensions which precisely obtains the measurement of a flat-belt requiring high dimensional accuracy (manufacturing precision), without degrading and breaking the belt, with conditions in matching with the usage conditions, in a short time, at a low cost, and with high precision for all control items required. SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring belt dimensions comprises two belt support members, which are arranged in parallel with a separation for looping the belt thereover and a measuring means which is arranged around the belt support members for the measurements of the belt's circumference, width, thickness, undulations, edge warpage, edge straightness, surface roughness, or the like.
