PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic gasket capable of securing a stable sealing performance at a low cost and for a long period of time even if a vibration is applied thereto when the engine is working. SOLUTION: A first thickened part 7 and an inner periphery side bead BD1 are formed around each combustion chamber hole 3, an outer periphery side bead BD2 is formed along the outer periphery of a substrate 2, and third thickened parts 10 are formed at the outer periphery side of the outer periphery side bead BD2. In addition, a second thickened part 20 is formed between the inner periphery side beads BD1 and the outer periphery side bead BD2. A spring element is added to each first thickened part 7.
