PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock cylinder control device and a stabilizer function control device improving vehicular comfortableness when getting over a small protrusion in addition to controlling vehicular roll, improving mounting performance on a vehicle, decreasing cost and weight, and saving output consumption. SOLUTION: The control device is composed of a pair of supplying cylinders C1, C2 supplying fluid pressure to the lock cylinder L; conduits 21, 22; throttle valves 23, 25 respectively provided in the middle points of the conduits 21, 22; and a pair of accumulators 10R, 10L and 11R, 11L. Signal inputting conduits 30, 20R, 20L are provided positions in pressing side chambers R1, R3 sides of the cylinders C1, C2 from the throttle valves 23, 25, and fluid pressure is supplied, thereby switching the lock cylinder L between a cylinder lock state and a cylinder free state.
