PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a bicycle under an erected posture, and at the same time, to make it impossible to separate the bicycle from the bicycle fixing device without breaking the bicycle fixing device. SOLUTION: This bicycle fixing device is equipped with a base part 20 which is fixed to a fixed surface such as the ground or a floor surface, a rear wheel receiving part 27 which is fixed to the base part, and receives the rear wheel 41 of the bicycle 40, and a seat pressing member 30. In this case, the seat pressing member 30 is formed into an approximate gate shape by two leg parts 31 and a pressing part 32 being stretched between the upper ends of the leg parts, and the lower end parts of the leg parts are connected with the base part in a manner to be turnable within a certain range. The rear wheel of the bicycle is placed in the rear wheel receiving part, and at the same time, the pressing part of the seat pressing member is pressed to a seat 42 of the bicycle, and the bicycle is fixed.
