PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body inclination device, where the inclination of a car body further increases for returning to a normal state easily. SOLUTION: An air spring, where a change in an effective area (effective diameter) to the upper/lower displacement of the air spring is small, or an air spring, where a change in the effective area (effective diameter) is essentially zero, is used, thus restraining the occurrence of moment for blocking the inclination of the car body and returning to the normal state. For example, an outer cylinder 2b that is open downward and an inner cylinder 27 that is open downward are provided at the outer periphery section of an upper surface plate 25 of the air spring, and at the outer periphery section of a lower surface plate 24, respectively, and bellows 23 of the air spring are arranged between the outer and inner cylinders. Or, an inclination board whose diameter gradually increases toward the lower portion is provided at the outer periphery section of the upper surface plate, and an inclination board whose diameter gradually decreases toward the lower portion is provided at the outer periphery section of the lower surface board. As a result, when the car body is inclined by a torsion bar or the like, the effective area (effective diameter X) of the air spring does not change even if the height of the air spring changes, so that the car body is greatly tilted and returning to a normal state can also be made.
