PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin part capable of storing an electronic part having an electromagnetic wave shield function. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin part serves as a cover 20 of an antilock brake hydraulic pressure control device 1 for a vehicle to control the brake hydraulic pressure of the brake of the vehicle. The antilock brake hydraulic pressure control device 1 for the vehicle has a housing 10 coupled with the cover 20 and a solenoid valve 14 to open/close hydraulic pressure passages 13 formed in the housing 10. The cover 20 is the synthetic resin part storing a substrate 25 provided with at least an electronic control unit to control the solenoid valve 14 and containing carbon fibers.
