PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which a stable ball shooting can be held by reducing complicated attaching work of a guide rail and installing an outer guide rail so as to realize a smooth arcuate surface all the time. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with a front frame 2 forming an arcuate rail guide part 33 on the inner peripheral surface of a window opening 4, and an outer guide rail 15 disposed on the front face of a game board 5 by fixing only both terminal portions in predetermined positions on the front frame 2 and mounting them on the rail guiding part 33. A terminal of the outer guide rail 15 is fixed through a folding part 55 which is folded outward, and a regular position installing means 47 is provided near the outer guide rail for turning the folding part 55 to the other terminal side with the one terminal as a center to press-contact the outer guide rail 15 to the rail guide part 33.
