PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod-fixing device that can facilitate angle adjustment and fixation works in the horizontal direction where the angle adjustment is made controllable continuously and steplessly. SOLUTION: The top edge 17 of a support 16 fixed to the ground G is made a spline shaft-like, rotatably fitted to the hole 15 of a support receiver 14 of a fixing tool 11 and the fishing rod R is held on the fixing tool 11. An adjusting shaft 18 perpendicularly crossing the fitting hole 15 is passed through to the support receiver 14, and a rack 18a engaging to the top edge 17 is formed in the shaft direction. The angle in the horizontal direction is adjusted by rotating the fixing tool 11, whereby the adjusting shaft 18 advances or draws back in a shaft direction to the support receiver 14. At the position, adjusting nuts 19 threaded in the both edges are allowed to come into contact with the support receiver 14, whereby the adjusting shaft 18 is made immovable and the fixing tool 11 is fixed to the support 16. The adjusting nuts 19 are operated and stopped on arbitrary positions and the nuts 19 press the support receiver 14 to finely adjust the angle.
