Angiographic magnetic resonance tomography method in which successive sections of the body are imaged by moving the body through the imaging apparatus, with the gradient field continuously adjusted to match the movement of the patient support. The field of vision (FOV) is moved relative to the body in an iterative process until the desired bodily region is measured in block format. The invention also relates to a corresponding magnetic resonance instrument and computer software product for implementation of the inventive method.
