PISTON-CYLINDER STRUCTURE OF OIL PRESSURE BALANCE

PURPOSE: A piston-cylinder structure of an oil pressure balance is provided to precisely measure oil pressure at high pressure and to reduce non-linear errors by extending linearity of pressure variation. CONSTITUTION: A piston-cylinder structure of an oil pressure balance includes a piston(200) and a cylinder(300). The piston(200) has a disk type upper part. The piston(200) is a cylinder type. A perforated hole(350) is formed at the center of the oil pressure balance. The piston(200) is inserted into the perforated hole(350). O-ring(400) is close to a lower part of the oil pressure balance. A retaining nut(130) is coupled with an upper part of the oil pressure balance. If the cylinder(300) includes tungsten carbide, the perforated hole(350) has a diameter which has a horizontal length of 0.1mm and a vertical length of 0.9mm.
