PURPOSE: A molding material including a vinyl, a fiber and a non-woven fabric is provided to have excellent sound-proofing, moisture-proofing, heat-insulating, moisture-absorbing, and cracking-resistance properties, to be producible easily and inexpensively, and to solve the environmental problems by recycling waste fiber. CONSTITUTION: The molding material comprises a vinyl(11); a fiber(13) adhered onto the surface of vinyl(11); a non-woven fabric(14) adhered onto the surface of fiber(13); and a fiber(13) adhered onto the surface of non-woven fabric(14). Preferably, the fiber is a waste fiber of polypropylene or polyethylene. The molding material is manufactured by the method comprising the S1 step of introducing a vinyl(11), a fiber(13) and a non-woven fabric(14) separately into a heating roller; and the S2 step of heat-pressing the vinyl(11), the fiber(13) and the non-woven fabric(14) in the heating roller at a temperature of 140 to 180 deg.C.
