An electronic apparatus comprising a housing (2, 81), a first heat conductor (20, 85), a second heat conductor (21, 86), and a circulation path (22, 87). The first heat conductor (20, 85) and the second heat conductor (21, 86) are provided in the housing (2, 81). The first heat conductor (20, 86) is interposed between the first heat-generating component (6, 82) and the second heat-generating component (7, 83) and thermally connected to the first and second heat-generating components (6, 7, 82, 83).
