PURPOSE: A golf practicing device with a slope is provided to afford an opportunity of practicing a shot freely, not being restricted by weather or place; to be easily operated and moved; to require no additional costs for maintenance or power; and to minimize the possibility of an accident. CONSTITUTION: The golf practicing device with a slope comprises a foothold(140) formed to be detachable and attachable; a foothold(200) for a slope formed to be detachable and attachable; a batter's box with a latch(130) for hanging a beam and a mat to fix the foothold; a supporter and a hook(322) for forming a slope.
