The device has a bypass (2) with two sections arranged in parallel to a primary duct (1), and a flow sensor arranged at the one section of the bypass. One section of the bypass comprises two secondary ducts arranged in parallel. The secondary ducts are arranged in series to another section. One secondary duct has a diameter smaller to or equal to a diameter of another secondary duct. One secondary duct has entry and exit ends for entry and exit of the fluid.
