The holder (1) for at least two containers has a base component (11) with a receiving opening (2) in which the containers (5,5') are fixed in a defined withdrawal sequence. The receiving opening has a separate opening for at least one first and one second container, with the opening constructed in such a way that the first container is removed from the receiving opening first if the second container has been removed previously. The base component consists of an elastic plastic material in such a way that the receiving opening can be elastically widened for the removal of a container. An independent claim is included for a container arrangement with at least two containers which can be removed from a receiving opening in a defined sequence.
