The pressure regulated concrete core drilling machine (1) has an electric motor (2) for rotation of a drill crown (3) with axial cutters (5). A drive (6) pushes the drill crown against the workpiece (4) and has a regulator (7) controlled using drilling parameters including power consumption (P), torque (M) and a power sensor (9,9') for the push force (FN) of the crown against the work. Claims include a method of regulation of the drilling force.
