PURPOSE: A system for automating a contract of an Internet shopping mall and an operating method thereof are provided to write the contract used for the Internet shopping mall transaction safely and conveniently, and write the contract notarized through an electronic settlement agency. CONSTITUTION: A web engine(111) provides an automatic contract service through the Internet. A shopping mall linking module(112) periodically connects/updates a member database(22), a goods database(23), and a settlement database(24) of the shopping mall(20), and commonly uses the price related data such as a goods name/price and a delivery condition of a settlement system(21). A contract searching module(113) provides a file in an electronically certified contract database(122), a contract issuance database(123), and a standard contract database(124) linked with a DBMS(DataBase Management System)(121) when a customer(10) and the shopping mall requests search/inquiry. A contract writing module(114) writes and electronically certifies the contract by using the data stored in the databases and inputted from the customer or the shopping mall.
