The device for the ducting out of air from especially a streetcar, whereby a conditioning unit is installed in a housing on the roof of the vehicle, has an opening in the roof for the exhaust air, and the opening is covered over by the housing. The opening in the roof for exhaust air is connected to an outlet opening on the housing by a duct which is located in the housing. A suction opening for outside opening is provided in the housing of the conditioning unit and is separated from the opening for exhaust air with regard to the air flows.
