The motor-pump unit has two internal gear pumps (e.g. 2), each with sprocket (2.1), eccentric hollow gear (2.2) and gear axle (2.3) in side disks (2.4), with pump axes coinciding. The sprockets of the two pumps are identical. At least one of the pumps has an electric motor (1) with a rotor (1.3) of U-shaped axial section fitting round its pump.
