CURRENT LIMITER USING SUPERCONDUCTION THIN FILM

PURPOSE: A current limiter using a superconduction thin film is provided to prevent the damage of a current limiter due to a rapid heating by arranging a superconduction thin film between the substrates having a high conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A current limiter using a supperconduction thin film(21) comprises a superconduction thin film patterned on a first radiating substrate(23), a conductive adhesive(22) coated on the superconduction thin film and conducts the heat toward the substrate, and a second radiating substrate(24) corresponding to the first substrate and adhered by the conductive adhesive. The conductive adhesive is made of grease or epoxy in such a manner that the superconduction thin film do not contact directly to refrigerants.
