PURPOSE: An indoor bicycle used for a cleaner and an exercise outfit is provided to use a rotary power generated during using an indoor bicycle for the multi-purpose; and to clean a house by a sucking force converted from the rotary power according to the use of the indoor bicycle for exercise. CONSTITUTION: The indoor bicycle used for a cleaner and an exercise comprises a flywheel(30) being rotated by a driving pulley(60) as a crank(50) is rotated by a rotation of a pedal(40) for rotating the crank; a dust collecting portion formed on the surface of the flywheel and including a wing to form a sucking force by flowing air and for sucking dust by flowing in an outside air by the rotation power of the wing; and a traveling portion for generating a traveling force by converting the rotation power of the driving pulley(60) into a driving force.
