PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient safety by storing medium information in a previous area in advance, detecting and judging whether or not there is the medium information in a specific area and allowing a person to enter the specific area when the proper medium information is detected. SOLUTION: Medium information is stored in a previous area in advance, whether or not there is the medium information is detected and judged in the specific area and when the paper medium information is detected, the person is allowed to enter the specific area. For example, the previous area A is set between doors 5 and 10 and the specific area B is set in the inside of a specific room 7. A card reader 15 which executes read and write for a card as a storage medium is provided on the partition wall 4 in front of the door 5 of an entrance to the previous area A and a card reader control part 16 is provided on the partition wall 4 on the side of the previous area A. Similarly, a card reader 17 is provided on a partition wall 8 in front of the door 10 of an entrance to the specific area B and a card reader control part 18 is provided on the partition wall 8 of the specific area B. |
